Olz+N'tash featuring two ♥ kidz in the big city of Gbg

I woke this morning, after last night’s celebration ;), and the first thing in my *hangover* mind was: We own a house! :) It is the most exciting thing that happen to us after *over* 3 years of looking for “tha one”. :) I’m still in the state of digesting the news that we will have OWN laundry machine :) and a dish washer and a place for my *future* KitchenAid. :) *My life will be improved dramatically!*and that we are moving to the big(er) city! Oh, by the way, we are moving on the 1st of October. :) *Have I mentioned that I can’t wait??? ;)*

Anyway, it’s a semi-detached house with an open kitchen and a living room on the first floor, and  two bedrooms and a small living room on the second floor. We will also have a small garden outside to have a dinner place and a grill there in the summer. This heaven on earth :D is situated next to the biggest park AND the biggest shopping center (!!!) in the area and is just 15 min away from my work. And the best part is that guys who live there now said that we are lucky to have realy good neighbors and they (those guys, not neighbors) are moving to the bigger house in the SAME neighborhood! So I guess we ARE the lucky ones. :)

Now it’s official! Today at 10:36 am we became the lucky owners of *cozy, semi-detached, modern, light filled and comfortable* house, at the price of $.$$$.$$$ plus 75(!) SEK for 2 hours of parking while signing the papers *rip off!* and a bottle of champagne! :D *Gone to celebrate!*

I’m close to a new career change. This time to finance ministers assistant. :D Those last two days we’ve been running numbers and digging in the balance sheets and annual reports. *I’m an expert now!* I’m sleep deprived. I don’t know if it is excitement or numbers that keeps me awake.

Side note: the first time I’m not blaming Lil’ Fil. :)

However he had his worst meltdown ever when we had an appointment with our bank assistant this morning.  And believe me he was NOT sleeping like that!

*Another* side note: The meeting with the bank went great! *dancing a happy dance :D*

We all liked the house a lot and after considering all pros and cons (the “location”-pro was very dominating in my case ;)) we have an intention to win the bidding this time. I don’t think it will be simple. I was hoping that vacation season and sunny weather would rather make people stay on the beach drinking cocktails ;) and keep them *way far* away from buying a house. Nope! I guess we will have to fight a couple of other desperate families. But we are ready to fight. :D Stay tuned for updates!  ;)
